Farmers' Market Harvest to Table: Make the Most of Fall Produce

Fall is the season for gathering, and to take in the smells of baking, roasting and simmering meals permeating your home. It is the season that gives us permission to obsess over all things pumpkin, cranberry, apple and pomegranate. Join me as I feature the seasonal bounty of produce from our Certified Farmers' Markets and infuse you with inspiration for Fall cooking!

As always, recipes are created for simple preparation for home cooks and utilize healthful, organic, seasonal and local ingredients. Class fee is $35 and includes cooking demonstrations, tasting, recipes and spice samples to take home.
